Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before dispatch of goods. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form.
Goods supplied by Swaxstone to customers remain the property of the Company, until paid for in full by the customer.
Orders can be placed over the telephone by calling the Customer Service Team on +1-646-828-9690. Card details will be processed using our online payment process. These Terms apply to telephone orders also.
Gift voucher can be redeemed for Swaxstone purchases directly from www.swaxstone.com using the unique voucher code number. It cannot be used in 3rd party outlets. The voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase, so you have plenty of time to choose something beautiful. You can use the voucher in part payment for Products of a higher value. Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. Unused balance cannot be converted back into cash.
Swaxstone are happy to accept returns of unwanted items. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. We are unable to accept returns of items purchased through a retailer or internet third party. A refund will be made to the card used when placing your original order and will be for the full amount of the product purchased. It is important that you return the products promptly so that we can carry out the refund within 14 days of receipt.
Please note, that you will be responsible for the delivery charges and costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item in question is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
